We have taken the interaction between ad owners and interested visitors to a whole new level.
Now every auction, every bid, and every message can be seen by the ad owner in his dashboard. The owner can respond to it in a well-organized way by clicking on the username where the correspondence with that user will appear.
Also, anyone interested in a particular ad, if a user is registered, can start a correspondence with the owner of the ad within an individual page of the ad, within the website without leaving it at all, in a modal window.
