The smart menu indicates a submenu on individual listing pages. In fact, if you watch the single listing page on smaller screens the menu will be at the top of the ad, and it will be sticky as you scroll.
But if you look at the bigger screens it will move to the left, look like a sidebar and follow you as you scroll the page, click to take you animated to the desired section, and free the top for more information.
